Please make suer to include a good quality image file. (NO gif files please). A PNG has a transparent background and is preferred. Make sure the file size is AT LEAST 800px wide/tall. Two image styles, Full color AND Black and White versions, are ideal for the different purposes. (Please understand images will NOT be edited, and will be used as we receive them).

A Showcase Table is an option for the event. The Showcase Tables can include business collateral, samples, an attendee for questions, etc. This allows anyone to engage at your table and learn more about your company. If you are a location or sponsor, you may opt-in for a free Showcase Table. As a donor or raffle prize participant, you can purchase a Showcase Table for $100. Please note: ONLY table banners will be allowed. No hanging or floor banners.
